With Halloween right around the corner, it seems only right to share some movies I want to watch.  Here are just some of the thrillers, chillers, and sci fi movies on my list.

If you have any suggestions, let me know!

I’m a huge fan of the Aliens movies so of course I’ll be watching Alien: Covenant.

~~~~~
I loved the original movie for Stephen King’s IT so, yep, the new release is on my list.
~~~~~

Getting goosebumps from The Conjuring movies, I must continue with the side series about Annabelle. Annabelle, the first movie, didn’t do much for me but I hear Annabelle: Creation is supposed to be pretty good.

~~~~~
And I can’t go through a year without more sharks! 47 Meters Down looks amazing. Hope it lives up to the hype.
~~~~~

I enjoyed the first Open Water movie but the second was an epic fail. Maybe this third one will be better.

~~~~~
A Cure For Wellness looks like one of those that creeps up on ya. I’m liking the looks of this one.
~~~~~

And of course I have to check out the Blade Runner 2049 Movie! I don’t see how they can come close to topping the original but I have to see it anyway.

So, are any of these are on your list? And I’m always looking for more so leave me some suggestions!

  1. I loved the Alien series…well, the first three anyway but I admit I was bored rigid by Prometheus! Michael Fassbender was great in it but I didn’t like it so I’m unlikely to look at the next one. I’m not a Blade Runner fan either. However I will be buying It as soon as it comes out on dvd! Ach, I never realised that 47 metres down was Open Water 3. I didn’t like the first two so I don’t know if I’ll watch this one now!

      I can’t resist alien movies and I hear this one is pretty good. Lots of nasty aliens. LOL Open Water 3: Caged and 47 Meters Down are two different movies. There’s sharks, right. LOL So I’ll watch both.

  2. I’ve seen Alien Covenant and was too impressed. Maybe it was because I don’t remember a lot of Prometheus and I was confused. Plus, not a whole lot of aliens. I really want to watch 47 Feet Down and wish it had been available to stream during the summer because Fall doesn’t exactly scream sharks! to me. I’m really looking forward to Annabelle Creation too.

      Darn. They were saying there were lots of aliens. I’ll see how it goes. 47 Meters Down is supposed to be good. Crossing my fingers. LOL And this latest Annabeele is hyped to be better than the last one. Another one I have hopes for.

  3. You have great taste. I want to see all of the movies on your list too except for Annabelle Creation because I saw it last weekend. Totally worth the $ too and I’m a cheapskate!

  4. Those all look pretty cool, I am not sure about the new IT, but I will try it when it comes out on DVD, the Cure for Wellness looks pretty messed up…lol.

      Cure does look messed up. That’s why I want to see it. LOL I hear mixed things about IT. I loved everything about the original movie except the ending.

  5. Of course my faves are the shark ones. lol

  6. Greg Hill says:

    I’ll be seeing Blade Runner for sure and hoping for the best. I don’t expect it to top the first one either, but hey maybe they won’t blow it. The director is the guy who did Arrival, and that was pretty good.

    A Cure for Wellness looks creepy and awesome, I’m going to have to rent that one. 47 Metres Down looks pretty good too. 🙂

      I’m going into Blade Runner with an open mind. It’s been a long time since the first movie. And 47 and Cure are ones I can’t wait to see too.

  7. I have loved all of the Alien movies, so I’m all in for that one. I would”t mind seeing It, either. 🙂
