Welcome to my 31 Days Of Thrills And Chills!
I’ll be sharing all kinds of books, movies, and other spooky stuff for every day in October. Gots to
get those scares on for the 31st!
And welcome to The Friday 56 hosted by Freda’s Voice.
This is a really fun meme!
The only rules are to grab a book (any book), turn to page 56 or 56% in your eReader and find a sentence or a few (no spoilers) that grabs you and post it.
Then go over to Freda’s Voice and leave your link so we can visit your 56!
My 56 for this week is from:
Cinema Of Shadows
by Michael West
Genre: Horror / Paranormal
My 56 from the eBook
Something was behind him, breathing down his neck. At first he thought it was one of the gargoyles, but no. This was huge. Wilbur dared a glance over his shoulder and saw nothing but teeth. Row after row of teeth.
This was such a creepy scene. He’s worried about the gargoyle statues that disappeared from their perches. But it appears something else was stalking him. Something bigger.
This is the second book in the Harmony, Indiana series but each one stands alone. There are different characters in each book.

Read on if you want to know more.
Synopsis
Welcome to the Woodfield Movie Palace. The night the Titanic sank, it opened for business…and its builder died in his chair. In the 1950s, there was a fire; a balcony full of people burned to death. And years later, when it became the scene of one of Harmony, Indiana’s most notorious murders, it closed for good. Abandoned, sealed, locked up tight…until now. Tonight, Professor Geoffrey Burke and his Parapsychology students have come to the Woodfield in search of evidence, hoping to find irrefutable proof of a haunting. Instead, they will discover that, in this theater, the terrors are not confined to the screen.

This sounds creepy! I would not want to see row after row of teeth in whatever is breathing on my shoulder!
It’s bite is worse than its bark too!
That teaser you shared sure is creepy! I think I’d rather the gargoyle be behind me! This book sounds like a lot of fun. Have a great week!
Yep. There a couple of things that are worse than the gargoyles. LOL
