Some chit chat.

I managed to actually finish a few books this week. And I’m totally hooked on binging Gray’s Anatomy. I swear that every other episode has me in tears. Sheesh, I’m such a softy. LOL I plan to squeeze in a couple of movies this coming week. I really want to watch Freaks. And then I plan on winging it by pulling an old favorite out of my DVD collection.

Have a lovely Sunday everyone.

I’ve been in a movie watching mood too. Pulling out an old DVD fave sounds like a great idea! Hope you stay well and safe, and have a good week.

    Peril in Pensacola looks fun.

  2. I think I’ll be watching a few favourite dvds and some new boxsets, as well as reading, now that isolation is here. The latest message from our PM is pretty sobering and I’m not wanting to do more than answer the door for deliveries! Stay safe Laura.

    • fuonlyknew says:

I did buy some more movies and have a special stack of favorites I’m working my way through. Be well!

  3. Gayathri Lakshminarayanan says:

I used to love Grey’ Anatomy. But lately I can’t get to like it. Hey at least you got some reading done. Cool!

  4. I think I’m the last person on Earth who hasn’t seen Grey’s Anatomy. I’ve been watching something called October Faction. It’s monstery.:-)

  5. Berls says:

I may pull out some oldies to watch too. Nothing quite as comforting as the familiar. Stay safe!

  6. sjhigbee says:

I did watch Aeronauts, though I was a bit underwhelmed at the Hollywood treatment. Still enjoying Picard and binge-watching Outlander:). I hope you have a peaceful, healthy week, Laura:))

  7. I need something familiar so I’m binging on Haven right now.

Wishing you a great reading week, be well!

    • fuonlyknew says:

Haven! I think I missed a couple of seasons. Good reason to go back and binge from the beginning. LOL

  8. Becki says:

Looks like you’ve found some fun freebies 🙂 Thanks to kindle, social distancing doesn’t limit my TBR list! I’m currently watching Glee with my daughter and Better Call Saul with hubs.

  9. There were some episodes of Grey’s that had me sobbing! So freaking sad! And the sadness just keeps coming! Its crazy!

    • fuonlyknew says:

My son is no longer worried when he comes out and finds me crying. He just looks to see what I’m watching and shakes his head. LOL

  10. I still haven’t resorted to watching tv or movies. I’d probably go for things I haven’t yet watched like Breaking Bad or the Wire. I’d also go back and watch Sons of Anarchy if I was on a rewatch.

I see you also caught the freebie explosion this week.

Have a healthy week and some good reads!

  11. Sophie @BewareOfTheReader says:

Laura I hope you are still safe and that people don’t get too crazy shopping at your workplace! Sending you lots of positive and healthy vibes.

  12. yvonne473 says:

I just finished watching the newest Grey’s Anatomy episode. So, I’m all caught up, It’s certainly changed over the years. I hope you have a great week. Stay safe!

  13. Sam@WLABB says:

I didn’t give on on Grey’s until this year, when they changed my schedule, and I had no time. The reason I kept coming back for more was because it was always able to make me feel. I loved the spinoff with Addison too.

  14. I see a movie binge in our future and we’ve been plowing through Grantchester. I hate to cry so I’ve steered clear of Grey’s. Seems like every episode is heartbreaking! Have a great week!

  15. I want to watch some movies too. There are a lot that I need to catch up on. I hope you have a great week!

  16. Carole says:

My daughter has had a few movies on that I ended up watching along with her. We might tackle a few Netflix shows this week as well. I hope that you have a wonderful safe week!

  17. Barb @ Booker T's Farm says:

I grabbed some of the Ian Rob Wright books as well. I also love the series by Jamie Blair but need to catch up on it. I did preorder the newest, out the 31st, on my Kindle this weekend. Hope you are staying safe!

    • fuonlyknew says:

I’ve read and enjoyed many of Wright’s books. These were some I didn’t have! I’ll check out the newest too.

  18. I am hoping to get lots of reading accomplished this week as well! It is hard to focus at the moment, but a much needed escape! Stay well. 🙂

    • fuonlyknew says:

I’m always tired so it’s hard to stay awake while reading, but I’m managing to get some in finally.

  19. some creepy looking books. lol

  20. S. J. Pajonas (spajonas) says:

Grey’s Anatomy is a show I just never got into! Same with Buffy, and so many people loved that show. I’m the odd woman out!
