This is my own version of a weekly book haul and all things new on fuonlyknew.

I’m also linking up with The Sunday Post hosted by Kimberly @Caffeinated Book Reviewer.

Some chit chat.

I had a fun week revisiting some favorite movie series. I watched the Jurassic Park series. And then I started on Harry Potter. I plan to watch the Lord Of The Rings after that. And then maybe the Alien movies or Resident Evil.

I did some yard work trimming trees and repairing the fencing. Then I spent some time in the pool. Couldn’t motivate myself to clean the house though. LOL It’s time to take a break and pick up a book.

Stay safe and take care everyone.

Ooh Jurassic Park- I love those movies! Especially the first two. You’ve got some good ones picked out, sounds like…

    Pineapple Lies looks awesome. 🙂

  2. Tammy says:

It’s always time for me to take a break and read a book, lol. Although I did stop reading yesterday to clean the kitchen, but then I rewarded myself with reading after that😁

  3. Sam@WLABB says:

Sounds like you were really productive, even if you didn’t get to the house. Outdoor work is so much harder. Do you float and read? Seems quite relaxing.

  4. sjhigbee says:

I can relate – I cannot motivate myself to clean the house, either! Yes – Jurassic Park is great fun, isn’t it? And if you have the weather and the pool, why would you want to be anywhere else?? I hope the coming week is a good one, Laura:))

    • fuonlyknew says:

My plan was to make my home a place for vacations so I wouldn’t have to go anywhere else. LOL

  5. Northwoman says:

It sounds like you did well. I did a lot outside this week and finally managed to vacuum one floor. Our neighborhood pool is open with Twitter updates no less, but we aren’t going. We stay home.

Take care of yourself, stay safe and well!

I think the house can wait Laura! You deserve a break! And you make me want to watch Harry Potter again! Have a great week.

Sounds like a busy week for you. I can never get myself motivated to clean the house. LOL Have a great week!

    • fuonlyknew says:

I used to keep my house immaculate. Now that I don’t get many visitors, I’ve relaxed on that too much. LOL

  8. Oh a Harry Potter movie marathon sounds like a great idea!

  9. Liliana says:

Fun! This week I also started re-watching one of my favorite shows from season 1! It’s awesome! Lol.

  10. I recently re-watched all the Harry Potter movies too. I love them. I hope you have a good week!

Interesting book covers! Especially that pineapple skull! I need to clean my house over the next couple days before my parents come visit on Friday 🙂 Enjoy your week!

  13. I have so many Amy Cross books that I really should read one sometime. I’m sure I grabbed them all for free. We are getting ready to do some privacy fence repairs ourselves. Hope you have a great week!

  14. Who needs to clean when you can relax by the pool and read?! I hope that you have a great week. 🙂

  15. I’ve had a lot of fun watching favourite films during lockdown. I watch a Harry Potter film every morning just to get me awake and chilled out for the day ahead! Haunted House is one that I’ve been wanting to read for ages but with the characters in it being survivors of his other books, I have one more to read before I can get to Haunted House!
