This is my own version of a weekly book haul and all things new on fuonlyknew.

I’m also linking up with The Sunday Post hosted by Kimberly @Caffeinated Book Reviewer.

Some chit chat.

It was a productive week for me. I managed to do some much needed weeding in the yard and the flower gardens are looking spiffy. We had some rain this week and everything has grown like mad. I also got some house cleaning done but still have more to do. Then I started organizing the books stacked all over the house. That will take a whole lot more time. LOL And I finally got my son a new cell phone. His last one was stolen and I kept putting off the long drive to the store to get a new one. He really likes it and I plan to update mine next week. Have my eye on a new one that will be available in a few days.

And I finally started making drafts for all of the overdue reviews I’ve needed to get to. It is a lot of them and I plan to share several each week to catch up. Got some fun ones for ya!

Stay safe and take care everyone.

You’re on a roll! Keep that momentum! I got a tiny bit motivated, and cleaned out two drawers in my room, but I lost steam quickly. LOL

  2. Tammy says:

I love when I feel productive, which doesn’t always happen, lol. Glad you were able to work in your garden!

  3. Wow you were super productive! And yay for a new phone!

  4. sjhigbee says:

Glad you managed to carve out some time to spend in the garden. And go you for starting in on the books! I’m simply not going there… And a new phone – I desperately need one, but quail at the thought of transferring all my data across… I hope the coming week is a good one, Laura:)

  5. It’s great to hear you are doing so much. Don’t forget to relax and read too. Stay safe and well!

I’m still struggling with the reading. I keep falling asleep and it’s because I’m tired, not because I don’t enjoy what I’m reading.

  6. Sophie @BewareOfTheReader says:

You’ve been really productive indeed! I wish I was as industrious as you this week Laura! Blog wise I need to do so much more.

  7. yvonne473 says:

Busy, busy, busy! I haven’t been so busy but I’m reading and that’s good 🙂 We picked up a couple of the same books.

Enjoy your books and have a great week!

  8. Working in the yard is therapeutic for me. There’s something about touch earth that speaks to our soul. It looks like several of us are going through our backlog of books. And rediscovering great reads!

  9. Greg says:

I did some landscaping this week too and man was it overdue! Everything is shooting up with all the warm temps and the rain. Good luck with your cell phone upgrade!

I love the look of some of those spookier reads! 🙂

  10. Stormi D Johnson says:

Glad you had some time for your gardens! Can’t wait for the reviews to start popping up! 🙂

  11. House cleaning is a never ending chore!

Wishing you a great reading week

  12. I finally managed to get two book reviews written and part of a mini review post that I haven’t published yet. I’m only three reviews behind now if I don’t count new reviews for my Harry Potter books! Our garden resembles a war zone as we wait for our garden man to come and get started by doing the fences! It sounds like you’ve had a productive time!

  13. S. J. Pajonas (spajonas) says:

A super productive week for you! We finally got rain yesterday after going without for a long time. It was much needed.

  14. alisbooks says:

If this shows up twice, I apologize. The internet fritzed on me. We got a lot of rain this past week, and everything’s growing fast here, too. It’s making it hard to keep up with all our mowing. Great haul!!

  15. glad to hear everything is going well
