Some chit chat.

Been a busy, busy week. Had adjusters out to look at damage from Hurricane Sally. And then Hurricane Zeta slammed through here. It didn’t do any further damage but I sure am tired of all of these storms. Hoping that’s  the last for a long, long time!

Got lots of reading done and just been enjoying some shows and movies. I feel a huge need to excape into some fiction:)

Stay safe and take care!

You guys have been hammered with storms! I hope you don’t have to deal with anymore for a long while. And I’ve been escaping too haha. A few shows and movies this week but not as many books, alas lol.

A House AT The Bottom looks good!

I’m sorry you’ve been through those hurricanes, I’ve never been through one but I hope you won’t see one in a very long time ! So yes, escapism by books make a lot of sense. Take care 🙂

Glad Zeta didn’t do you any more harm. It’s been a tough season for you. I have always been thankful for fiction to give me a break from the world. Hope you read some amazing books.

  5. You’ve had no luck with these storms. I hope you can get a break from the things and get a chance to de-stress a bit.

You’d think I’d be reading fun books. I am, but I’m also reading a lot of thrillers and scary ones. LOL

  7. I hope that is the end of the storms for you too! Storm seasons are just never fun when they get ramped up like they were this year!

  15. Hopefully we are through the worst of the hurricane season. The weather is changing here. It’s still nice but much colder at night, and cooler in the daytime. I hope to spend the rest of 2020 either working hard on projects or escaping into reading! Enjoy your new books!
