Love the image on that video! Very topical- makes me want to be somewhere sandy and warm. 🙂 Sounds like perfect weather. And I’ll take some of your scary reads! Bone White looks awesome. So does Remnants and Expedition Everett.
That image could almost be my back yard. Definitely feels good here right now. Was trimming palm trees and banana trees and got sunburn! I got some good thrillers and horror this week. Just finished Expedition Everest. Not what I was hoping for but it was okay. Turns out it’s a series too. Didn’t know that.
Great haul! Bone White looks tempting…I enjoy Wendy Corsi Staub. Have a great week, and thanks for sharing.
I’ve been reading Wendy’s books for a while now and can’t wait to start this new one.
Great lists! Thanks for posting these freebies. Hope you have a great weekend. 🙂
I have fun browsing for the freebies. The trick is not grabbing all of them myself. LOL
Wowsa! Nice haul this week 🙂 I love the cover for the CM Stumich book so pretty, and a little eerie, too.
Have a wonderful week ahead and happy reading, Laura.
I did get some good ones this week. So many of them sound great and have awesome covers:)
Funny, I’d be complaining about being cold if it were in the 60s lol.
I’d prefer the 80s but I’ll take high 60s and 70s right now. LOL I’m anxious for swimming time!
I love the cover for Witch! Nice creepy cover. I’m a big fan of true Everest stories but you don’t generally see a lot of fiction stories so seeing Expedition Everest free was well worth grabbiing! Thanks for the heads up!
I plan to start Witch this coming week. I couldn’t resist the synopsis or that awesome cover. I just finished Everest. I don’t know if it was my mood or what, but I couldn’t get into like I had hoped.
Wow! I haven’t thought about The Rascals in forever. I am going to have to go and watch more Youtube videos now. I love the cover of Grimm Road. I will have to stop back around for your review. Have an excellent new week. 🙂
I love The Rascals. The Drifters too. I got lost on Youtube for a while. LOL
It is so easy to do!
It was 78 here on Friday. Saturday it snowed a little. Ugh! Great book haul! Enjoy!
From 78 to snow! Now that’s insane!
It IS a beautiful morning!! Thank you for the awesome song!! Oh, and pretty cool books this week. But back to that song in my head…. 🙂
I thought I’d have that song in my head forever but I just watched The Walking Dead and they played Easy Street again! Help me! LOL
Oh well… I’m glad someone is having a lovely sunny morning. Typical February gloom is prevailing here, though yesterday was sunny, though chilly. I’m due for some warmth, though clearly I live in the wrong part of the world! Have a great reading week, Laura – there are some cracking books in the haul:). My Sunday Post – https://sjhigbee.wordpress.com/2017/02/26/sunday-post-26th-february-2017/
I’ll try to send some sunshine your way, Sarah. We’re in for a little rain later today but then it’s back to sun just in time to wrap up Mardi Gras on Tuesday.
Have fun outside. I want the first 6 books you received this week..all horror or thrillers and some awesome covers!
I got a lot done in the yard so never did get to reading. I’m reading like crazy lately and already read two of those.
It was oh so pretty at the beginning of the week in the 70’s and 80’s and then old man winter wanted to make sure we didn’t forget it’s still winter and Thursday up to now has been in the 40’s and 50’s with the nights in the 20’s. 🙁 I am so done…lol.
You got a lot of good looking books, hope you enjoy them!
Stormi
Week in Review
They say the groundhog saw his shadow. Sorry, Stormi!
Landlocked Lighthouse looks awesome and I had to go and grab a copy of No Brainer because I know I have the first one on my Kindle. You’ve been such a bad influence on my TBR this week – haha.
I don’t want to feel alone with the TBR debacle. LOL
Love that Rascals video!
Here’s my Sunday Post!
Ronyell @ Rabbit Ears Book Blog and join in this week’s Book Photo Sundays!
Me too. Had to listen to it before going to work!
I woke up to 34 degrees and I am NOT happy about it. I definitely want temps back in the 60s and 70s were they’ve been the past week. Great selection of books as always! I really need to read Dean Koontz and the Carolyn Arnold book looks really fun!
It’s another warm day today with a promise of rain later. I’ll take it! I love Koontz and I’ve also read some other books by Carolyn and enjoyed them.
The weather here has been all over the place. Just when you think it’s warming up another storm comes through bringing in a cold front. Enjoy the warm weather!
I expect we’ll get another blast of cold before our spring is here to stay. Been such a mild winter.
I said hello to Mr. Sun every day this week and today I said goodbye 🙁 lol
Thanks for the freebie list! I went ahead and got Soldier of Fortune. Looks like a good read.
Hope you have a great week!~Aleen
We’ll be losing the sun later today for some much needed rain. It’ll be back tomorrow though. I did good to only grab a couple of the freebies!
Wow that is a lot of books you’ve collected this week – happy reading Laura
A girl’s gotta do……LOL
I have been wanting to read Wendy Corsi Staub’s series for awhile. They look so good and I’ve enjoyed her books in the past. You have a great list of books. Enjoy them!
I recently read the one before this and loved it so I’ve got high hopes for her newest!
I hope the weather dips down cool again next weekend so we can get some major yard work done!
I’m almost done with clean up in the yard. Just need to do some planting and mulching now.
We have had such nice weather too and it hs been lovely 🙂 Great haul!! Enjoy and have a great week!
I’m loving the mild winter and sunshine. Winter gloom can drag me down.
Oh wow that’s a lot of books! Hope you enjoy 🙂
Have a wonderful week ahead!
Every time I think I’m putting a dent in my reading lists, I come across more! LOL
So many books. How do you keep up with all the intake? I am jealous of your sunshine. It has been gray and rainy here in Portland, no sign of spring.
I use Goodreads and a new arrivals folder. Some of these were freebies I shared but didn’t grab myself. LOL
You got some great books here! I love the Dean Koontz book, it is one of my favorites. Thanks for visiting my Sunday Post on Lisa Loves Literature! Have a great week!
The Koontz book is one I reread when I can’t make up my mind what to start next. Never gets old.
This has been such a crazy month for weather, right? I enjoyed a little taste of spring!
It sure has and I’ll take it. LOL
Just getting around to doing some commenting since I got back in town. Happy reading, girl. 🙂
sherry @ fundinmental
I was a bit worried when I heard about the truck plowing through all of those poor people. So glad you both are okay!
Laura, I love all those creepy new books!!! Witch and Bone White both look great!! Enjoy!
