I hope everyone had a Happy New Year! I spent mine watching movies and eating a pizza. Then I went outside to watch the neighborhood fireworks. They were awesome!
Did you make a resolution for this year? Mine is the same every year. Live each day to the fullest and enjoy the little things in life.

New Year is just another day of the week to me! I was reading with headphones on to block out the fireworks and that was just fine with me! I’ve enjoyed my reading this year so far-long may that continue!

Week in Review
I was glad I had New Year’s day off. I sure needed it. And I’m excited for my new books to start arriving.
Such an easy resolution, and one that makes a lot of sense. I’m very much the same way. I don’t look ahead too much, I just concentrate on what’s right in front of meš
Stress ate me alive because I was always worrying about what lay ahead. Now I’m less stressed and can enjoy living in the moment more:)

Happy New Year! We welcomed in the New Year quietly. Well, except for our traditional banging of pots and pans. I don’t really have any resolutions to kick off the year. I do want to read more poetry this year, but that’s about it. I hope you have a great 2020!

Our New Year’s was low-key. We stayed home and did pop some champagne but we never go out. We’re homebodies – what can I say. Plus, who better to ring in the new year with besides the pups.
There are some good looking books here. I managed to read over vacation as well as watch some shows but I still feel like I’m drastically behind on some of them. Hope you are having a wonderful 2020 so far!
I like just staying home and relaxing. Been there, done that with the party thing:)
