Some chit chat.
The weather has been crazy here. Some rain, loads of humidity and very warm. I have my fingers and toes crossed that the mild temps will continue. All of my plants are blooming and the shrubs have new shoots. If it gets too cold, I fear they won’t do that well this spring.
I finished sharing all of the Cozy Corgi books and had so much fun with them. I’m now reading books in the horror and urban fantasy genres and so far they are good. I have Friday off from both jobs and plan to browse for some new reads. I need to check my wish lists and see what’s there. I’m sure I’ve got a bunch.
Have a lovely Sunday everyone.

We just got some snow and ice here. Not as bad as they were predicting though. I hope your weather stays good and the plants do well.
I’m thinking Dark Voyage looks pretty good!
I remember the ice. I think I forgot how to drive in snow and ice. LOL
We have finally got to the coldest part of our winter which is like 70-60F. And I am loving it. I hope your winter is mild as well, at least for your shoots sake.
I hope you have a great week ahead.
It’s been drizzly and mild here in central Virginia. I’m not complaining. I was FREEZING last year at this time! Have a great week!
The warm weather is gone now. A very cold week ahead!
I’ll take your weather! LOL
Laura that’s what I fear here too with the mild weather. Many trees sport buds way too early and I fear they’ll die if the weather finally gets cold!!! Enjoy your free Friday because you deserve it!!!
I’m worried. The cold weather has arrived and it will last all week!
Enjoy your shopping spree!
Wishing you a great reading week
Thanks:) I am!
We’ve finally have two calm days back to back which is a joy after all the dumb storms! I hope we both get a spell of mild weather without any problems!
We had some storms too. Now it’s cold. Spring can’t arrive soon enough!
Enjoy your day off work, and I hope you find some great new reads😁
Thanks, Tammy:)
I love corgis! They are so cute. I wish the mild weather returned. A cold front blew in the other day, and it’s so cold in the morning, which is when I spend the most time outside (of course). Hope you have a great weekend and enjoy your day off!
They are such cute dogs:) It’s very cold here and supposed to stay that way all week. My dog loves it. LOL
I really want to read those corgi books. I am also loving the warmer than usual weather but we are about to take a dip below normal for a few days. It has been nice though being able to get some outside projects done.
I’m glad you had some time off work! Have a wonderful week and enjoy your new reads!
I love the Corgi series. One of my favorites:) It just now turned cold again. Makes me wish spring was here!
I so love looking at all those Corgi covers. So cute. I really need to get to these books. I hope you have a great week!
The covers are fun and so are the stories!
It has been weirdly warm here for this time of year. This morning is cold again. I have no idea what to expect.
We had warm weather for two weeks and now it has turned very cold. I long for spring:)
Its been really warm here in SW Ohio (well until today) which is kind of strange! We haven’t even really had any snow. Thats the only good thing about living in SW Ohio!
I only miss the snow during Christmas. LOL
Hope you enjoy your new reads!
Here’s my Sunday Post!
Ronyell @ Rabbit Ears Book Blog
Got my fingers crossed:)
I had fun reading your reviews this week. I need to get back to the Cozy Corgi series. I am amazed that it has been warm enough for your plants to sprout. We have had some days that weren’t bad but it is still definitely winter. I hope you have a great week!
The grass needs to be mowed. LOL That’s how warm it has been!
We had warm and then storms and now it’s cold. I’m not a fan of cold so I’m going south – more your direction! The Cozy Corgi series sounds fun. Have a great week!
Your weather sounds like mine. It’s going to get below freezing tonight. Yikes!
Blooming plants?! I don’t think I am going to see grass, let alone a plant for months. I hope that you had a enjoyable few days off work. 🙂
We got a cold spell and now they are all dying. I hope they come back in the spring.
The weather is so crazy!!
Have a great week and happy reading!
Stormi

sherry @ fundinmental
I love the series. There is still one more to go:)
It finally got cold here – and I’m ready for it to be over. I can’t help but smile when I see those Corgi books!
We don’t get much really cold weather here. And it’s usually February and part of March.
That’s a lot of corgi books!! I hope you enjoyed them all…. and enjoyed your day off today.
