Some chit chat.
I’ve been working a ton of hours and am exhausted. I apologize for not visiting your posts much this week. I just felt overwhelmed by all of those emails and my eyes kept blurring when I tried to read.
I did finally finish watching Downton Abbey and I want more! I love the show. Made me laugh and made me cry, a lot! And then I rewatched The Hunger Games movie series. It was a whole lot of fun, again!
Stay safe and take care everyone.

The Ghost Hunter Next Door looks so cute. I’d pick it up for a beach read . . . you know, if I were actually going to the beach these days!
Yep, I know. LOL Good thing I have a pool!
I hope you get some time off soon, I just hate being exhausted 🙁 Hope this week is good for you, Laura!
I have two days in a row coming up next week and plan on making the most of them!
Laura don’t excuse yourself, you need rest!!! Honestly you work so many hours all the time! Take some time for you, for your health, certainly with the COVID looming on us now!
It’s getting scary here. We have several new cases where I work and they came in with a hazmat team to clean the place. Didn’t impress me at all.
Be sure and get some rest this week! Sounds like you’ve got a lot going on and need the time to relax. I hope you enjoy your week.
Thanks:) I plan on relaxing as soon as my days off roll around.
I hope you get more rest. Don’t worry about taking a break when you need it. I put a bunch of my subscriptions over to Feedly and somehow that made it easier to handle without the emails and I actually visit more blogs more ofteh. IDK why it works but it does for me.
Have a wonderful week and stay well!
Anne – Books of My Heart Here is my Sunday Post
My problem is time. Not enough of it to do what I love. I hope I can find a better way to manage it:)
I have never watched Downton Abbey, so many people love it, the series and the film gets such good reviews – I’ll stick with Hamilton!!
Take care and get some rest! Hope you have a great week.
You take care of you. Don’t worry about commenting. I have never watched Downtown Abbey but my whole family loves the show (and the movie too)
Don’t worry about getting around – no one here is going anywhere and those who matter know how hard you work. I hope you get a chance to relax and get a chance to unwind. It is such a stressful time to have to go out there every day and face the unfolding craziness. Take care.x
Hope you’ve had a relaxing weekend- sounds like your week was crazy. Take care!
Downton Abbey is on my list, but after hubby goes back to the office! Glad you’ve got some down time. You’ve been busy!
Aww! I hope that you get a small break soon, Laura! Downtown Abbey is one show that I really need to try one of these days. Stay well!
Believe it or not I haven’t grabbed a freebie in months! But you are tempting me here . . . but I have so many. Ugh, it’s a dilemma.
I enjoyed Downton Abbey too, have you watched the movie as well? It was nice to have an update of sorts.
Wishing you a great reading week
I’ve been about four days behind for about a week and it can be overwhelming to try and catch up! Don’t beat yourself up-you are providing a vital service to keep other people able to shop for their families and I hope everyone appreciates your hard work!
thanks for sharing. i’ve been lax in commenting too and all those posts i had by blogging ahead are running out.

Hugs. I hope you get a break sometime soon!
