MY REVIEW
Haunted house stories are among my favorite in the scary genre. And one at the bottom of a lake… I’m all in. Also, I’ve read other books by this author and enjoyed them so I figured I couldn’t lose. And I didn’t
Yes, the house was haunted. But so much more was haunting about the two teens and how the story was presented. I got so much more in the feels department than I was expecting. And the ending was, well, perfect. Why was it perfect? Because I could’t count how many times I remembered it but didn’t remember if it was from a movie or a book. I happened to be browsing some go to authors for something new to read and the minute I spotted Josh’s fabulous cover it hit me. This was the book. I plan to read it again too. Like I said, the story was haunting and the ending perfect.
