This is my own version of a weekly bookhaul post where  I’ll be telling you about all of the books I got this week, whether print or e-book plus all things new on fuonlyknew.

I got a few books this week, some free, some for review, and some I purchased just for my reading pleasure.

I also post reviews on another blog aknifeandaquill . It’s all about horror. If someone doesn’t die, we don’t do it here!

Here’s some I picked up to review on both blogs. Double exposure for the author:)

  1. Melany says:

I picked up “The Walking” by Bentley Little and “Cold Vengeance” by Douglas Preston & Lincoln Child at a book sale at the local library yesterday.

    • fuonlyknew says:

I really enjoy Little’s books. Don’t have that one. Is Cold Vengeance a new one for P & C? I have almost all of their books and don’t recall that one.
I did pick up 9 Dragons, a Harry Bosch novel by Michael Connelly. Turns out I already read it and checked my bookshelf and yep, there’s a copy!

  2. As always, you have so much going on I don’t know where to begin. I did pick up a couple of the freebies and will be looking for your upcoming reviews on some of the others. Thanks for the heads up on the Meg book. I can hardly wait to read it. Need me some more of Steve Alten. I love his books!

    • fuonlyknew says:

The Meg: Origins is quite short but tells you about his experience before book one. I found all of my copies except for Goliath. May have to replace it as I can’t find it anywhere.
Reading one I’ve read several times called Extinct by Charles Wilson. It’s about Megs and really good! Got it at the used book store.
