Why did I commit myself to this? It was just a dog, right? Jerry had died saving this dog, so why was I putting myself in a situation in which the same thing could happen to me? I didn’t even like dogs.

#2

If a hellhound was there – which was likely – it would not only be guarding the cemetery, but also watching, waiting for Jerry’s saintly dog to breathe its final breath.

#3

Whatever I tried would be spotted right away, and I’d be greeted with glowing eyes, huge fangs, and a thirst for living blood.

The third volume of the Freaky Jules series.

Julia Dundee (Freaky Jules)

  1. Veeeeeeeery interesting. I love dogs, but those hellhounds can be a bitch.

Kind of reminds me when I first met Mitzi! Remember her and the cigarette butts!

      • She was a very cool individual. I can’t believe I never took pics of her doing that. She was raised to protect me and she did that very well, even though she thought she was a lap dog. When she smiled it looked like she was going to bite your leg off. lol

    • fuonlyknew says:

She’d snort the ashes out and pick up a butt and plop her rear end on the sofa. So amazing:) We sure had good times at that point in our lives. All back at the old house!

  2. fredamans says:

I love dogs. Even hellhounds. They need love too. 🙂
    Happy weekend!

  3. Hmmm…..I don’t know….it might make me sad because I miss Battle, my German Shepherd. *sadface*

    Linking from Friday 56,
    Ricki Jill

    • fuonlyknew says:

Sorry about Battle. I swear I still hear my dog Lassie’s toenails clicking on the tile floor. She’s been gone a few years now and I still miss the spaz!:)
