Merry Christmas in a week! And LOVE that video- awesome. Was that the Chili Peppers I got glimpse of? And Elton John. wow. Fun. :)

    • fuonlyknew says:

I love the carpools! And he had such great guests on this one,. Plus it’s one of my fav holiday songs! Merry Christmas, Greg.

  2. Deborah says:

Wow! A wide array of books this week Laura!

I’m afraid I find Mariah a bit too trashy nowadays… even if she IS talented! (And I know that sounds horrible!)

    Have a great Christmas!

    • fuonlyknew says:

She does have a way about her. LOL I really enjoyed his surprise guests in this one. Have a Merry Christmas, Deborah!

  3. I feel like the internet is currently vomiting Christmas, it’s everywhere! I don’t mind, but sometimes I just need to do something that is not related to Christmas! Have a good week, and happy reading! :)

    • fuonlyknew says:

It sure is everywhere:) I enjoy finding some holiday reads and movies. And for some strange reason, perhaps because of what you mentioned, I’m drawn to lots of horror. LOL

  4. That’s a lot of awesome books you have! I hope you enjoy them all! I also love listening to Mariah Carey’s “All I Want for Christmas” every year!

    Here’s my Sunday Post!

Ronyell @ Rabbit Ears Book Blog and join in this week’s Book Photo Sundays!

  5. I picked up quite a few horror books this week including Ray Garton…I plan on reading more horror and urban fantasy next year as well as my beloved zombies so I’m stocking them up now! I grabbed Wickedly they come…I’m not reading YA but this sounds dark enough to interest me so I’ll try that. Thanks for the info!

    • fuonlyknew says:

We can’t ever have enough horror, can we? LOL I started reading Bestial last night and it sounded familiar. Checked my paperback shelves and sure enough, I’ve got it and read it. LOL Did grab some of his other books though. Wickedly They Come grabbed me with that cover and title too.

  6. Be seeing you soon, Laura. :-)

  7. sjhigbee says:

I love the James Cordon carpool kareoke – I still regularly watch reruns of ‘Gavin and Stacey’ but hadn’t seen that one, which was a treat, though I’m concerned Mariah isn’t wearing a thermal vest at this time of year. Let’s hope she doesn’t go down with a chest cold… Happy Christmas, Laura! My Sunday Post – https://sjhigbee.wordpress.com/2016/12/18/sunday-post-18th-december-2016/

    • fuonlyknew says:

It does make me wonder when they did that part. He collected these all year long. Such wonderful guests!

  8. Is it wrong that I’m completely distracted by Mariah’s boobs? How do they do that??? 😀 And only you would have a completely awesome cat Christmas tree pic on her post but still manage to find the scary books to read this week. Will horror ever end?!?!?! I think not (tee hee)

    Have a very Merry Christmas!!

    • fuonlyknew says:

You don’t think she goes for that affect on purpose, do you? LOL Oh, Mariah. I do adore that song. Yep, gots to have a kitty tree. And what’s a day on fuonlyknew without some horror! LOL

  9. Melissa says:

    Merry Christmas and Happy Reading!

  10. Merry Christmas!!! Hope you have a great week!

  11. That was a great video!! I love those. Have a lovely holiday!

  12. Literary Feline says:

Merry Christmas to you too, Laura! That’s a great video. :-) My daughter and I are sitting in front of the fire (okay, so it’s a gas fire place–it’s the thought that counts) and enjoying some hot chocolate. We will be leaving soon for The Nutcracker ballet. Maybe if she likes it enough, we can make this a tradition.

Love your new books! Tonya Kappes is an author I have been wanting to try for some time now. And I really like the sound of Beauty and Attention. It’s probably the cover.

Have a great week! Take care.

  13. katarguelles says:

I love James Corden’s carpools! That was a great Christmas video. It’s hard to believe how fast December flew by. I hope you have a great Christmas and a Happy New Year!

    • fuonlyknew says:

I got caught up in some others and went deep into youtube. LOL Barely made it out!
      Happy Holidays:)

  14. Merry Christmas, I can’t believe it is a week away! Love carpool karaoke.

  15. Awesome new books this week! I hope you love all of them and have a great Christmas! 😀

    Here’s my Weekly Recap!

  16. B.B. Toady says:

I love that video! Thanks for sharing it. It is early in the morning here, and it is a wonderful way to start my day. Happy holidays.

  17. yvonne473 says:

I picked up a few of those freebies, too. They look good. Tonya Kappes’ books always look so good. Have a great week!

  18. I grabbed Bestial (and a few more by that author) just this morning. I also snagged Twisted and Wickedly They Come. I’ve found tons of great freebies since Halloween hit and I’m wondering if they will slow down once the holiday is over. Hope you and your family have a wonderful holiday!

    • fuonlyknew says:

I went to grab some and found I already read a couple. It’s nice to find more too! I hope they keep them coming, Barb:)

  19. What is up with Mariah Carey’s boobs in that video?!?!? Is it just me or was it weird? But I love carpool karaoke!
    Enjoy you books!

  20. I’m intrigued by the “Culinary Thriller.” That sounds like too much fun! :-)

  21. buffywnabe says:

You got some great books this week! I really need to get back to reading some horror and science fiction books like I used to. I can’t believe Christmas is almost here! Thanks for stopping by my Sunday Post at Lisa Loves Literature earlier!

    • fuonlyknew says:

I always love horror and now I’m getting back into science fiction. I think I’m going to make up a personal reading challenge for them for 2017.

  22. charliegirl says:

Cozies have time for a come back in December? LOL. Although I did grab INN KEEPING WITH MURDER.
