Synopsis

On a scorching hot summer day in Elkwood, Alabama, Claire Lambert staggers naked, wounded, and half-blind away from the scene of an atrocity. I’ve read several of Kealan’s books and for some reason, I overlooked this one. It’s been on my shelf since October 2012. I think it’s time to give it a go. Have you read it?
