I always look for a range of star ratings when buying a book.

I quake in my boots every time someone announces they are going to review one of my books. It’s even more stressful when you know they do that for a living. Aaarghhh! They’ve read hundreds, maybe thousands of books. Are they really going to like mine or are they going to throw it on the fire? Oh, five stars, you say? Phew! And then I go through it all again… It’s worse than sitting exams, loads worse. LOL

Hi Ella. Being a reader and reviewer is an honor for me. I understand that each book is someones baby and would never dream of trashing it. I have read some horrible comments from reviewers and would never condone such conduct. It is better to be polite and explain why you did not care for the book. No one should be treated without respect.

  2. Best to ignore the bad and focus on the good, or you’ll drive yourself nuts 😉
