Such a pretty cover. Every time I see butterflies, I think of my mother and my Uncle Kenny. Uh oh, someone’s secret is going to be discovered. I wonder what happens.

I love the cover. It reminds me of hot, carefree summer nights as a child. I also like that the book tackles the subject of racism.
I remember those hot summer evenings. right before the skeeters came out and bled you dry. LOL I loved chasing lightning bugs and feeling that sweet, cooling evening air:) Childhood was magical and the world so large.
