I love this series so much and Dannan makes it so affordable to start the series by offering the first book for free! Thank you for including my review here. There was so much going on in this book, it was hard for me to find an angle that would give the essence of the book without overwhelming the reader, so I just focused on Stalson Grey’s journey.
I can’t wait to get going with this series. I wish I could have read your review, but I make it a point to not read any until I’ve done mine. Then I have fun reading everyone elses.

Oh, I think you will enjoy the series! By far my favorite is the first book My Familiar Stranger. I absolutely fell in love with Rammel. Like you, I also avoid reading others’ reviews so it won’t influence my review. So after reading the first book, I’d love to see what you think. I also like the fact that Danann often offers her books for free on Amazon. In fact, I found all three books in the series for free (however, it took over the course of a year) but I wouldn’t hesitate purchasing the books. Not only are they affordable, but they are well worth the money.
