Anyone can play along! Just do the following:
• Grab your current read
• Open to a random page.
•Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
• Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!

My Tease

Something was fundamentally wrong with the official story of Rebecca’s rape. But what? And that’s when I knew, I simply had to get to the bottom of this cold case. I had to uncover the truth!

~~~~~
I am now about two-thirds through Stepford USA and having a delightful time trying to follow the clues and put my nose in all of these character’s business.
~~~~~~

How about you? Got a tease? Tell me!

  1. I love her books and am glad you are enjoying them too. All her books have really cool covers too. Happy Reading!

  2. Michelle Hofacker (aka Zombimom) says:

    This is such a neat and fun idea!! I am almost finished reading ‘The Raven’s Gift’ by Don Rearden.
    Here is my teaser 🙂
    ” The figure stood in the doorway for a moment and moved toward the kitchen and then stumbled over the first bodies. A gasp came from across the gym and John watched as the person half-crawled, half-walked over the corpses toward him. He was no hunter. ”

    i won this book from Goodreads and it is sooo good. I don’t have a blog but will post a review on Goodreads when I’m done.

      Hi Michelle.
      I like doing these teases. I enjoy going to other bloggers teases and finding new books.

      The Raven’s Gift tease has me thinking zombies, maybe? Going to go check it out now!

    • fuonlyknew says:

      It sounds like a post-apocalyptic without the creatures.
      I’ve added it to my TBR. Sounds fascinating and I like reading about Alaskan culture.
