Some chit chat.
I don’t remember much about this week. I worked a ton of hours and all I did was sleep when I got home. Barely finished a book and when I did try to watch something, I just drifted off. LOL I’m going to keep this brief so I can grab a few more winks.
Oh. I did mangae to stay awake to catch a couple of episodes of the next season of 13 Reasons Why. Interesting so far. Are you watching it? What do you think?

I saw that the new season of 13 Reasons is out! I think I’m going to watch it, I wasn’t sure but I was still intrigued enough after S2 that I think I will. In fact maybe I’ll watch a few on Sunday. 🙂
I was surprised where they went with it. I guess I should have seen it coming.

Nope. No middle ground right now. Maybe after the holiday weekend is past.
I’ll look up 13 Reasons Why (if I remember) and I might watch an episode or two to see if I can get into it.
I didn’t think I would get into it but I did.
You’re brave! After the horror of Anihilation I’ll be avoiding that author! I feel sympathy for all the work you are doing-sounds like you need a holiday!
I wasn’t crazy about Annihilation but Dead Astronauts sounds out there and I hope I enjoy it.
I also started 13 Reasons Why but I only watched half of episode 1. I need to find time this week to watch it!

I just finished this season. I’m curious how the next one goes after watching the ending. Not sure how I feel about what those kids did. All of those lies.
I gave up on tv a few years ago. Mostly. I hope you get some more normal hours and can relax and read a bit this week. What about the pool? I get up early with Lulu now so instead of reading at night I fall asleep. I’m trying to go to bed earlier but there is so much to do! And I was ready to go to bed before dinner yesterday, falling asleep in my chair, but I worked (poorly) on stuff for another 7 hours before I went to bed. I’m looking forward to the slightly cooler weather (80s)! Have a wonderful week, Laura!

I planned on enjoying the pool but the weather hasn’t been cooperating. I hope to squeeze in some time soon. I do most of my reading in bed and just fall asleep now too. LOL

Week in Review
It’s super busy leading up to the holiday weekend. I plan on getting rest when and where I can, Stormi. Thanks:)
I read 13 Reasons Why, but never watched the program, because of all the drama surrounding it. Glad you are enjoying your very well earned TV time, though.
I can see how the show would make people feel differently. Some serious topics and parts of it are very hard to watch. Made me sad and angry but I’m glad I watched it.
My daughter is busy watching it Laura!!! I will tell you more next week LOL In the meantime I hope next week will be less brutal for you!
I’m curious what you two think of the show. Some parts were good and some were strange.
I’m glad we both have Dead Astronauts. I can’t wait!

Hopefully you get some rest and some time off! I never watched 13 reasons. I read the book years ago and was not impressed with the messages of the book.
It is such a touchy subject. I think what I relate to is the bullying. It was bad at my school and I wish the teachers had the training available then that they do now to help with it. It wasn’t fun for me.
I haven’t started the new season of 13 Reasons Why yet! I forgot it was even coming out. I haven’t watched any trailers for it or anything either so I don’t really know what this season is about yet lol I’ll start it soon! Have a great week 🙂

It was crazy busy. I worked the same amount of days just so much work. It will settle down after Labor Day. I hope! LOL

I didn’t finish the second season of 13 Reasons Why (it wasn’t my thing and didn’t compel me like season one or the book) but oh man, the trailer for season three looked SO good I am thinking about speeding through season two just for three because it seriously intrigued me so much.
